Yes. Upload your scope sheet as PDF, Excel (.xlsx), or Word (.docx). Confirm the extracted scope lines before comparing bids. Your wording, headings, and order remain the basis of the comparison.
Which files and package sizes are supported?
Each package supports up to 4 subcontractor submissions and 150 scope lines. Templates can be up to 15 MB; PDF templates can be up to 40 pages. Each submission can group up to 5 PDFs, with 25 pages and 15 MB in total. Large Excel or Word templates may need to be split.
Can I inspect and correct an assessment?
Yes. Open a finding to inspect its bid quotation and page where available. You can override an assessment, add your own pricing adjustments, and mark it reviewed. The report preserves the original AI assessment and attributes your changes.
What does the export contain?
The Excel workbook has Comparison, Evidence, Adjustments, and About sheets. The printable report carries the same comparison and supporting evidence. Unfinished review and pricing remain visible; incomplete totals are qualified and bids are not ranked.
What happens to uploaded documents?
Files are stored privately and access is tied to your account. To perform analysis, documents are sent to Anthropic in readable form over encrypted connections. Prestead’s operator can access data to operate and debug the service. Our Security page explains processing, retention, and deletion.
What happens after I request access?
A person will follow up about your bid packages and pilot fit. Accounts are set up by invitation, and we help you work through your first comparison. No credit card, contract, or minimum commitment is required during the pilot.
