Your free early-access allowance
Each UTC day, choose one new or existing comparison and analyze up to five subcontractor submissions against its scope. No credit card is required. Early-access limits may change.
What counts
One group of up to five PDFs is one submission, with a combined limit of 25 pages and 15 MB. A replacement or deliberate reanalysis uses another analysis. Processing chunks and retries of the same unfinished job do not use another slot.
You can read two templates on your chosen comparison each day. Reusing saved scope lines and editing lines manually do not use template reads. Reanalyzing bids after a scope edit uses your remaining bid analyses.
Reset and unfinished work
Allowances reset at midnight UTC. Unused slots expire. Already-started jobs can resume for seven days if their documents and scope have not changed. Tomorrow, choose the same comparison for more analyses or start a different one. Deleting work does not refund processing already started.
Once processing starts, that comparison is your selection for the day. Preparations that never start expire after 30 minutes. Review, corrections, adjustments, and exports remain available after your processing allowance runs out.
Storage and availability
Each account has 500 MB for originals, combined documents, and revision history. Here, 1 MB means 1,048,576 bytes. Delete unused work to free storage; files awaiting confirmed cleanup still count. Accounts can retain up to 50 project folders, 200 comparisons, and 200 saved templates.
All free accounts share limited processing and storage capacity. Processing or new uploads may pause even if you have personal allowance remaining. Completed results stay available; there is no automatic paid upgrade.
